How does access work?

First Chair is invite‑only during our current cohort. File a writ and chambers will respond within one business day with onboarding terms and your seat issue date.

Can I change tiers later?

Upgrade or downgrade any month. Prorated on upgrade; refund the unused fraction on downgrade. No penalties.

What's an "active case"?

A case folder you've created with evidence loaded. Close a case any time to free a slot, we keep the transcripts.

How are Firm seats counted?

The $799 Firm base includes the workspace, SSO, and admin tooling. Individual attorney seats attach to the Firm at the Litigator or First Chair rate.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes, save 20% on every tier when billed annually. Toggle above.

Is my case material private?

Encrypted at rest with AES‑256 and isolated per firm. We are SOC‑2 Type II ready for Q4 2026 and support attorney work‑product handling.
